Lisa Butler, key makeup artist for TEMPTU, created the consummate Herve Leger woman for the Fall 2o12 Collection, minimalist, gorgeous and strong. This season, she played up features such as eyes, lips and cheeks with neutral tones to boost models’ assets.
Sporty chic was the theme backstage at Helmut Lang’s first runway show with Nicole and Michael Colovos at the helm. Both the hair and makeup were designed to complement the clothes and maintain the distinct Helmut Lang aesthetic. With neutral colors, a light creamy lip, hydrated skin, and just a touch of “sunset glow” highlighter on the cheeks, this “out of the shower-esque” look is a fresh update to the no makeup look.
For our final show at New York Fashion Week, TEMPTU PRO had the honor of doing the makeup for Mercedes-Benz Presents Designer Max Azria’s Hervé Léger FW 2011 collection. A compliment to the sexy and iconic Hervé Léger designs, key makeup artist Lisa Butler used liberal applications of TEMPTU PRO’s multi-hued highlighters to sculpt and build the face and body.

For our final show at New York Fashion Week, TEMPTU had the honor of doing the makeup for Mercedes-Benz Presents Designer Max Azria’s Hervé Léger FW 2011 collection. A compliment to the sexy and iconic Hervé Léger designs, key makeup artist Lisa Butler used liberal applications of TEMPTU’s multi-hued RETOUCH Highlighters to sculpt and build the face and body.
“For Spring 2011, Hervé Léger defines a modern-day Marie Antoinette”, as Max Azria explains. The pieces are intricate and sculpted. Lisa Butler, key makeup artist for TEMPTU, asserted that the strength and structure of the collection needed to be paired with a natural, ethereal look. By delicately blending highlighters and blushes they achieved a clean, sweetness to enhance the models natural beauty. Lisa Butler used washes of translucent pink pearl highlight to sculpt and modulate the face, and continuing onto the body.

Max Azria’s Spring 2011 Collection incorporated “pure lines [to] convey a vision of simplicity”, and “architectural details [to] enhance the look” Max and Lubov Azria explain. The Key makeup artist for the collection was Lisa Butler, who created a subtle glow on the girls with the TEMPTU PRO team. Lisa Butler explained her use of TEMPTU Retouch highlighters on the models to sculpt the face, opposing the fluidity of the collection with the enhancement of the structure of the face.
