Party too Much on New Year’s Eve? Here’s how to look your Best on New Year’s Day!

We’ve all been there—waking up New Year’s Day with dark circles under our eyes, a killer headache, and that sudden illness that occurred from hours of drunken debauchery.  OK, maybe not to that extent, but we’ve all kind of been there.  Lucky for you, TEMPTU has you covered for well, recovering from partying the night away with a few New Year’s Day tips! 1. Drink Water!

Drinking water will help to reduce any swelling that you may have, as well as restoring your previous New Year’s Eve glow.  Water will also help flush out any toxins in your body.

2.  Take a Pill!

Ibuprofen is great for reducing any post New Year’s Eve headaches.  Take one or two ibuprofen and your head will begin to feel better in about 20 to 30 minutes.

3.  Eat Something…gasp…Greasy!

OK, OK, we know that greasy food is not always great for you, but after drinking the night before, grease can actually help settle your stomach.  Opt for something with protein, like turkey bacon or sausage.  Turkey bacon is lower in fat and calories than pork bacon but can be similar in flavor.  So you can get all of your grease without all of the fat!

4.  Fake Looking and Feeling Good!
